Orders are handled by our Merchant of Record and merchandising partner, Fourthwall.com. By purchasing from Reef Supply, you also agree to Fourthwall's Terms of Service.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Reef Supply are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect size selection, or shipping delays.

Because products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a print error or visible quality defect, we will replace or refund it. To submit a claim:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the defect on a flat, well-lit surface with tags visible

Order Cancellations

Orders may be edited or cancelled before production begins. Check your order confirmation email for a cancellation link. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timelines

When a refund is approved, processing times are as follows:

• PayPal: within 24 business hours
• Credit / Debit card: 7–10 business days

International Orders

Customers outside the US are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees that apply. These charges are determined by your country and cannot be calculated in advance.

Non-Refundable Items

Donations, tips, and any digital products are non-refundable once checkout is complete.
